- Salary: £35,000.00 to £38,000.00 PA (dependent on experience)
About the Role / Law Firms
Swan Solicitors is a Manchester based law firm specialising in personal injury claims across all types of accidents, including RTA's, EL and PL claims.
We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Solicitor or Litigation Executive to join our small, but ambitious team. If you have a strong background in personal injury litigation then we'd love to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing your own caseload of pre-litigated and litigated personal injury cases, including RTA, EL and PL matters
- Drafting legal documents – from pleadings to witness statements
- Liaising directly with clients, counsel, and third parties
- Preparing court bundles and assisting with trial preparation
- Conducting legal research to support case strategy
- Keeping everything organized and ensuring deadlines are met
What We’re Looking For
- Legal qualification or equivalent experience of at least 1 - 3 years of working in personal injury litigation (personal injury experience is a must)
- Confident knowledge of civil procedure and court processes
- Strong drafting, research, and client communication skills
- Experience using case management systems (we use Clio but experience in Proclaim/VF is desirable)
- A law degree or equivalent qualification is preferred but not essential
- Someone who’s proactive, organized, and detail-oriented

Summary
- Job Type: Full-time 9am to 5pm
- Work Location: In person
- Expected hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, 1 hour lunch
- Bonus structure based on a % of all billings
