Job Description
we're looking for a talented Scientist to join our expert team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a molecular biologist with experience in a GLP, GMP, GCLP or other highly regulated laboratory environment who enjoys combining science, problem-solving, and project leadership in a fast-paced setting.
What you'll be doing

Lead and manage client studies from initiation through to reporting, ensuring delivery to quality, regulatory and turnaround-time expectations.

Perform molecular biology testing, data analysis and interpretation, with a strong focus on quality and compliance.

Support investigations, deviations, CAPAs and continuous improvement activities.

Work closely with clients, Quality Assurance teams and laboratory management to deliver exceptional service.

Help coordinate laboratory resources, schedules and workloads to ensure projects are delivered successfully.

Act as a scientific expert, troubleshooting technical challenges and supporting colleagues across the laboratory.
Qualifications
Who we're looking for
You'll have experience working in a regulated GLP, GMP or GCLP laboratory environment, ideally within pharmaceuticals, biotech, biologics, vaccines, or CRO/CDMO organisations.
We're interested in candidates who have:

A degree in Molecular Biology, Biological Sciences or a related discipline

Strong hands-on molecular biology laboratory experience

Experience working within a regulated environment (GLP, GMP, GCLP or equivalent)

Excellent data analysis, problem-solving and communication skills

The ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results to challenging timelines
