You may be an established advisor looking for greater independence, professional autonomy and the right long-term environment in which to build a fulfilling career, an adviser with experience of working directly with clients who has not yet achieved Competent Advisor Status, or an experienced paraplanner looking to move into advice.

Alongside building your own client bank, you will have the opportunity to take responsibility for existing client relationships, helping you to establish yourself and build momentum within the role.

Experience of advising clients is desirable, but existing Competent Advisor Status is not essential. Where further development is required, we will provide structured mentoring, supervision and support while expecting you to demonstrate the commitment required to progress.
For those developing into a full advisory role, we will work closely with you during your first six months to build on your experience, strengthen your advisory skills and establish relationships across the wider business.
