This is an exciting opportunity to become the General Manager of our Lincoln park, leading one of the UK's most exciting family leisure destinations.
At Bounce Central, no two days are ever the same. From overseeing a busy trampoline park and immersive Jurassic Jungle Soft Play to managing our popular 140-seat themed café, you'll be at the heart of creating unforgettable experiences for thousands of families every year.
As General Manager, you'll be trusted to lead your team, drive standards, develop people and ensure every guest leaves with a smile.

What you'll be doing
As General Manager, you'll take full responsibility for the daily operation of the park, ensuring every aspect of the business runs safely, efficiently and profitably.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading, motivating and developing a large team
- Creating an outstanding customer experience every single day
- Managing all day-to-day park operations
- Driving high operational and cleanliness standards
- Managing staffing levels, rotas and payroll
- Recruitment, onboarding and team development
- HR administration and people management
- Cash handling and financial controls
- Stock ordering and inventory management
- Managing our busy 140-seat Jurassic Jungle Café
- Supporting food quality and service standards
- Working closely with senior management on local marketing initiatives
- Ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety, Food Safety and company procedures
- Acting as Key Holder and taking ownership of the site
This is a hands-on management role, so you'll be just as comfortable supporting the café during a busy lunch service as you are coaching your management team or analysing weekly business performance.

Essential Experience
- Previous General Manager, Deputy Manager or Senior Management experience within hospitality, leisure, retail or entertainment
- Experience leading and developing large teams
- Experience managing busy customer-facing operations
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills
- Flexible approach to working hours, including evenings and weekends

Pay: £36,000.00-£38,500.00 per year
