PHSSL are currently recruiting experienced and reliable Care & Support Workers, male and female to join our growing team supporting care home services.
Areas like;
Yorkshire and the Humber.

We have steady and ongoing work available for staff who are dependable, professional, and able to travel reliably to shifts.

Driver Requirement
Drivers are highly preferred as travelling between services can be required. Having your own vehicle makes it easier to access shifts across different locations and increases available work opportunities.
However, non-drivers can also apply if they can reliably commute to shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing high-quality personal care and emotional support
- Assisting residents with daily living activities
- Promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing
- Supporting residents with dementia and complex care needs
- Maintaining accurate records and following care plans
- Working collaboratively with nursing and care home teams
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 6 months care experience is a MUST
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Flexible availability is beneficial
- DBS ENHANCED (or willingness to apply)
- Right to work in the UK required
- No late cancellations
