As a Retail Sales Specialist at Penton, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of new MG vehicles and over 150 multi-make used cars and vans onsite (with access to over 600 from group), while utilizing your extensive knowledge and skills to provide our customers with the ultimate sales experience.
The ideal candidate for this position is someone who has a proven track record of success in the automotive industry (although not essential), exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, and a passion for staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments. You should also have a strong understanding of the retail sales process, including stock management and customer follow-up, and the ability to effectively close deals.
