full-time role subject to 3 months’ probation and available immediately.
Hybrid working - 3 days in the office / 2 days from home
£40,000-£50,000+ (depending on experience) + uncapped commission
We're looking for an experienced 360 Senior Recruitment Consultant to develop new business, manage client relationships, and recruit for transport and warehouse roles.

- You are comfortable with reporting and basic analysing skills
- You are polite, friendly, open-minded, and able to go the extra mile for others
- You genuinely like working with people and being there for people
- You have valid UK driving licence
- You live in Bristol or surrounding area where you can easily commute
