We’re looking for a talented and imaginative Creative Designer/Artworker to join our team, working across the events, displays and exhibitions industries.
This is a varied role involving everything from live pop-up and social media events for beauty brands to large-scale international exhibition stands. With in-house joinery, metalwork, printing, 3D prop-making and model-making capabilities, we can turn ambitious ideas into exceptional finished projects.
Working closely with our in-house creative and production teams, you will:
- Develop ideas from an initial client brief into compelling concepts and presentations.
- Research each client, brand and audience to understand the project’s aims.
- Create original concepts that meet the brief, achieve the client’s goals and deliver real visual impact.
- Produce sketches and visuals that clearly communicate the overall design idea and creative direction.
- Present or contribute to pitches before developing successful concepts into final designs.
- Refine creative work in collaboration with the wider team, from initial idea through to delivery.
- Undertake creative graphic design and general artwork preparation.
This is primarily a conceptual and creative design role; technical design experience is not required.
We are a creatively driven company that enjoys pushing design boundaries and exploring what is possible. We’re looking for someone who shares that mindset and can bring fresh thinking, energy and attention to detail to every project.
- Strong creative and conceptual thinking.
- The ability to turn a brief into an engaging, visually exciting idea.
- Confidence producing sketches, visuals and design presentations.
- Graphic design and artwork preparation skills.
- Experience using Adobe Illustrator and the wider Adobe Creative Suite.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in the events, exhibitions or wider creative industries.
- Experience creating or managing social media content.
- Website design knowledge.
- A portfolio or examples of previous creative work.
We welcome applications from experienced designers as well as recent school, college or university leavers who can demonstrate creativity, enthusiasm and potential.
- Full-time, part-time and flexible working arrangements may be available.
- Part-time applicants should ideally be available for at least three days per week.
