The Role
As a Lettings Negotiator, you will:
- Build strong relationships with clients, tenants and landlords
- Deliver outstanding customer service at every stage of the process
- Manage viewings, negotiations, and ongoing client communication
- Work effectively under pressure in a high-volume office
- Contribute positively as part of a driven, professional team
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in property lettings (essential)
- Excellent people and communication skills
- Strong customer service mindset with attention to client relationships
- Highly organised with good PC skills
- Calm, focused, and resilient under pressure
- Ambitious, motivated, and keen to excel in the property industry
- Full UK driving licence and own car (required)
What We Offer
- Basic salary: £25,000 per annum
- Uncapped commission & bonus structure
- OTE: £35,000 – £60,000+
