Responsibilities
- Manage your own schedule by booking appointments and maintaining an organized client roster
- Provide high-quality hair cutting, styling, coloring, and treatment services tailored to individual client need
- Deliver outstanding customer service by creating a welcoming environment and building lasting relationships with clients
- Upsell salon products and services to maximize revenue opportunities while ensuring client needs are met
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in your workspace according to health regulations
- Communicate effectively with clients about service options, aftercare instructions, and upcoming promotion
Experience
- Proven experience in store management or running your own salon space is preferred but not mandatory; strong organizational skills are essential

- Experience at the front desk or reception area managing appointments and client inquiries efficiently
