Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our team. We are an engineering company based ten minutes outside of Cookstown.
In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, welding, and assembling metal components to produce high-quality products that meet precise specifications. Your expertise will help drive the success of our projects by ensuring all welds and fabrications are performed efficiently, accurately, and safely. This position offers an exciting opportunity for experienced Fabricators/Welders.
Daily Duties
- Perform TIG and MIG welding on various metals, including sheet metal and structural components.
- Fabricate metal parts by cutting, shaping, and assembling using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to guide fabrication.
- Measure materials accurately using math skills to ensure precise cuts and fits.
- Assemble fabricated parts into finished products.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols at all times.
