We're looking for a motivated and hands-on Warehouse Operative who thrives in a busy warehouse environment and is confident using MHE and WMS systems. You'll play a key role in ensuring goods are picked, unloaded, loaded, and processed efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of safety and accuracy.
Working closely with the Warehouse Supervisor and wider team, you'll help drive operational excellence, contribute to a positive team culture, and ensure our customers receive outstanding service through smooth and effective warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Safely load and unload deliveries using MHE equipment.
· Accurately pick and process orders using the WMS system.
· Maintain high standards of safety, efficiency, productivity and performed other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
· Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet daily operational targets.
· Dispatch according to Customer specification requirements.
· Keep areas of work clean and tidy to ensure operational efficiency.
· Tag and label and stockpile merchandise according to size and shape, when required.
Skills, Education and Experience Required:
· Previous warehouse experience.
· Confidence operating MHE and using warehouse management systems.
· A strong commitment to health and safety.
· Excellent attention to detail and reliability.
· A positive attitude and team-focused approach.
· Able to work as part of a group and independently.
· Impeccable attendance and record time keeping?
· Physically fit due to lifting and moving of stock?
· Good communication skills?
· The ability to work towards targets?
Days – Monday to Friday - 07.30am to 17.00pm and every other Saturday 06.00am to 15.30pm = £34.131.24
