Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Lettings Administrator to join our property management team. Duties
- Manage incoming phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, providing clear information to prospective tenants and landlords
- Handle data entry tasks accurately within property management systems
- Coordinate and undertake viewings, appointments, and follow-ups to ensure a seamless rental experience
- Assist with preparing rental agreements, tenancy documentation, and related paperwork
- Record and respond to maintenance issues
- Support the team in upselling additional services or property features to prospective tenants when appropriate
- Maintain organized records of all correspondence, applications, and transaction details
- Provide excellent office support by managing emails, filing systems, and general administrative tasks
Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Proven experience in office administration or property management support roles
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to engage confidently with clients and colleagues
- Previous experience in administrative roles within a busy office environment is preferred
- Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining professionalism under pressure
- A proactive attitude with a desire to learn about the lettings industry and enhance client satisfaction
