We’re looking for a Guest Services Assistant to join the front office team on a part-time basis (24 hours).
This role is about precision and presence. A calm, confident approach at the desk. Knowing what matters and when. Delivering a consistent, thoughtful experience in line with Marriott Bonvoy standards, where everything feels considered, never overdone.
You’ll already have experience on reception, understand the pace of a busy front desk, and be comfortable managing arrivals, departures and guest requests with clarity and focus. It’s not about saying more, it’s about doing things properly.
The hotel is at the start of a new chapter following its rebrand, with the support and reach of Marriott International behind it. A strong opportunity to be part of a team shaping the guest experience from the ground up.
The hotel has parking onsite and is within just a few minutes walk of Birmingham International train station and bus stops.
Pay: Up to £12.71 per hour
