Responsibilities
- Edit raw video footage into polished final products using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro.
- Incorporate visual effects, transitions, titles, and graphics to enhance storytelling.
- Collaborate with creative teams to understand project goals and deliver content that meets specifications.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
- Enhance video quality through color correction, audio balancing, and stabilization techniques.
- Integrate motion graphics and animations utilizing Adobe After Effects and Adobe Illustrator.
- Maintain organized project files and ensure version control throughout the editing process.
- Review edits with stakeholders for feedback and implement revisions accordingly.
- Stay updated on the latest editing trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve output quality.
- Support photography sessions when needed to capture supplementary visual content.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in video editing with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite applications including Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
- Experience with Final Cut Pro is highly desirable.
- Solid understanding of video editing principles, storytelling techniques, and visual composition.
- Knowledge of photography principles and basic camera operation skills.
- Familiarity with color grading and audio editing software.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new tools and evolving project requirements.
