- Assist the owners in overseeing daily operations and ensuring the store meets sales goals
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their inquiries and concerns
- Monitor inventory levels and advise of orders as needed to maintain stock levels
- Handle cash transactions, including opening and closing registers, and ensure accuracy in cash handling procedures
- Assist in visual merchandising and ensuring the store is clean and organized
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Assist in creating work schedules for retail staff
Experience:
- Previous experience in retail management or sales management is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
