Cleaner
Location: Allerton, Merseyside, L18
Salary: £12.71 per hour
Hours: 20 hours per week, Monday-Friday
Working Pattern: Monday-Friday, 3pm - 7pm
Dalkia UK is looking for a reliable and hardworking Cleaner to join our team at a primary school in the Allerton area.
Working under the direction of the Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for cleaning designated areas throughout the premises, helping to maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment for pupils, staff and visitors.
This role would suit someone who takes pride in maintaining high standards, works reliably as part of a team and is comfortable working within a busy school environment.
Job Purpose

Undertake the general cleaning of designated areas in accordance with the cleaning specification and under the direction of the Cleaning Supervisor.

Clean areas such as classrooms, corridors, offices, communal spaces, staff facilities and toilets, as required.

Ensure cleaning materials and equipment are handled, stored and used correctly in accordance with COSHH guidance.

Follow all site health and safety and safeguarding procedures while working within a school environment.

Report any hazards, damage or maintenance concerns to the Cleaning Supervisor.

Complete all allocated cleaning duties in line with the required specification.
