We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Kitchen Team Leader to join our team. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys leading by example, supporting the Kitchen Manager, and maintaining high standards across the kitchen.
As Kitchen Team Leader, you’ll support kitchen operations across all shifts, helping to maintain consistency, quality, and efficiency. You’ll take a hands-on approach, motivate the team, and play an active role in delivering fresh, high-quality food in a fast-paced environment.
A genuine passion for food and cooking
Previous experience in a similar role within a high-volume kitchen
The ability to run kitchen sections while maintaining excellent food standards
A proactive approach to supporting the Kitchen Manager with daily operations
Strong knowledge of food hygiene, HACCP, and health & safety procedures
