Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across our premises, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. Previous experience in hotel or hospitality settings is highly desirable, along with janitorial expertise. Duties
- Clean and sanitise guest rooms, public areas, and staff facilities according to established standards
- Change bed linen, make beds, and replenish amenities as required
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust all surfaces to maintain cleanliness
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning
- Restock supplies such as towels, toiletries, and cleaning materials
- Follow health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
- Assist with laundry duties when necessary
- Maintain organised storage of cleaning supplies and equipment
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping, hospitality, or janitorial roles is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good physical stamina to perform cleaning duties throughout the shift
- Flexibility to work various shifts including mornings, afternoons, or evenings as required
- A positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent service
