We are looking for a reliable, organised, and customer-focused Spare Parts Administrator to join our friendly team.
The Role
This is a varied position combining office administration, customer service, and warehouse duties. You will be responsible for processing spare parts orders, assisting customers with enquiries, and ensuring orders are accurately picked, packed, and dispatched on time.
Key Responsibilities
* Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
* Handle telephone and email enquiries from customers in a professional manner.
* Identify and supply the correct spare parts from technical drawings, catalogues, and part numbers.
* Prepare quotations and sales orders.
* Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch.
* Arrange UK and international shipments with courier services.
* Maintain accurate stock records and assist with stock control.
* Receive and check incoming deliveries.
* Work closely with colleagues to ensure excellent customer service and on-time delivery.
* Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
* Carry out general administrative duties as required.
Skills and Experience
We’re looking for someone who is:
* Friendly, professional, and enjoys helping customers.
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
* Confident using computers, including Microsoft Office and business software.
* Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workloads.
* A good communicator with strong written and verbal English.
* Reliable, self-motivated, and willing to learn.
* Comfortable working both independently and as part of a small team.
* Physically able to carry out picking and packing duties.
Desirable (but not essential)
* Experience in customer service or sales administration.
* Experience in warehouse, stores, or logistics.
* Knowledge of engineering or mechanical spare parts.
* Experience using Sage or similar business software.

* Working hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm Monday to Thursday, 8:30am – 12:30pm Friday.
* 20 Days (Pro rata) 144 hrs (18 days/year), building up to 25 Days pro rata after 5 Years’ service (6.5h/year), Plus Statutory Bank Holidays

Pay: £12.71-£13.00 per hour
