An exciting opportunity has arisen for the appointment of a Business Support Administrator within Finance Support. The post will provide financial admin support within the Accounts Payable Team. As the team is based County wide your office base can be any of the main office hubs.
We require a motivated administrator with a positive and pro-active approach. You will need excellent communication and analytical skills suitable for dealing with several finance functions.
You will cover a wide range of financial administrative duties, which will include inputting invoices for payment (including CIS deductions), supplier setups and supplier amendments including updating bank account details, dealing with queries via phone and email.
The successful applicant must have good keyboard skills, attention to detail and have experience in Word, Excel, and Outlook. Good literacy and numeracy skills are required. You must also be able to prioritise your own workload, be conscientious and well organised.
