Industrial Cleaning Operative
Location: North of England (daily departures from Skipton Head Office)
Salary: From £28,700 per year (based on a 40-hour working week)
Bulloughs cleaning services are seeking a motivated, reliable, and hardworking individual to join our expanding Industrial Cleaning Division.
This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a professional and supportive team, carrying out a wide variety of specialist cleaning projects across multiple sites. Full training is provided, making this role suitable for candidates with the right attitude and work ethic, whether or not they have previous industrial cleaning experience.
About the Role
As an Industrial Cleaning Operative, you will work alongside experienced colleagues to deliver high-quality cleaning services while maintaining the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and customer service.
The role is varied and hands-on, offering the opportunity to work in a range of environments and develop valuable skills through ongoing training and certification.

Previous industrial cleaning or similar practical experience is advantageous but not essential, as full training and ongoing support will be provided.
A clean driving licence is preferred.

Working Hours
Typical working hours are 6:30am–15:30pm / 7:00am–4:00pm. Flexibility is required, as occasional evening work may be necessary depending on operational requirements.
Additional Information
Work is carried out across the North of England, with daily departures from our Skipton Head Office.
As a significant proportion of our work takes place within educational environments, successful applicants will be required to undergo a DBS check, which will be funded by the company.
