We are seeking a skilled Cocktail Bartender to join our team. The ideal person will possess a passion for hospitality. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating an inviting atmosphere for our guests while expertly serving beverages and managing the bar area efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in accordance with our recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and offering recommendations.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic math skills to process payments.
- Collaborate with kitchen and floor staff to ensure timely service and smooth operations during busy periods.
- Manage time effectively to balance multiple tasks while maintaining high-quality service.
- Stay updated on drink trends and menu changes to enhance guest experiences.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred, demonstrating knowledge of bartending techniques and beverage preparation.
- Strong hospitality skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for guests.
- Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices in handling food and beverages.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle busy shifts.
- Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated when required.
