Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls with professional phone etiquette, directing inquiries and taking messages as needed
- Maintain organized filing systems both digitally and physically, ensuring easy access to important documents
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office applications and QuickBooks
- Handle routine administrative tasks such as copying, scanning, and mailing correspondence
- Assist with invoicing, billing, and expense tracking using QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Coordinate office supplies inventory and place orders to ensure smooth daily operations
- Purchasing material and consumables
Qualifications
- Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Strong organizational skills
- Previous administrative experience is preferred ideally in a fabrication or sheet metal work role
