We are looking for passionate childcare professionals to join our growing Bamby team.
The Role
As a Bamby Childcare Professional, you will provide safe, nurturing and engaging childcare experiences for children of all ages. You will have the flexibility to accept bookings that suit your availability while becoming part of a trusted childcare network.
You may support families through:
- Evening and weekend babysitting
- Wedding and event childcare
- Hotel and holiday childcare
- Short-notice/emergency childcare
- Family support bookings
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care that supports children’s safety, wellbeing and development
- Plan fun and engaging age-appropriate activities
- Follow children’s routines and family requirements
- Build positive relationships with children and parents
- Maintain professional standards at every booking
- Complete booking feedback after sessions
What We Are Looking For
- PVG membership (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience working with children (nursery, schools, childcare, babysitting or similar)
- A caring, trustworthy and professional attitude
- Good communication skills
- Reliability and flexibility
- Confidence caring for children of different ages and needs
Desirable
- Childcare qualification
- First Aid qualification
- Experience supporting children with additional needs

As Bamby Childcare Connect is a small and growing business, we are currently looking to recruit our first four Bamby Team Members to join us on this exciting journey.
These four positions will help us build the foundations of our childcare team and provide trusted, professional childcare support to families through our range of services, including babysitting, events, weddings, holidays and family support.
As Bamby continues to grow and more families join our service, we will be looking to expand our team further and welcome more childcare professionals.
We are looking for caring, reliable and passionate individuals who would love to be part of building something special from the beginning.
Pay: From £12.50 per hour
