Your team: The News Broadcasting product team looks after all digital products for Virgin radio, TalkSPORT, TalkRadio, and Times Radio as well as for our radio stations in Ireland. The core team is continuously working on projects with the aim of delivering best-in-class digital solutions, boosting competitiveness, and being the leading content provider of world-class audio content.
Your role: We are looking for a Product Manager to join the talkSPORT, Virgin Radio and Onic Product team. You will join a team that defines the digital product experiences for talkSPORT.com, virginradio.co.uk, Times Radio, Onic websites, native mobile apps, newsletters, and editorial and video workflows.
Day to day you will:
Translate high-level business goals into actionable product strategies, KPIs, and clear delivery roadmaps.
Analyse user metrics, market data, and continuous testing feedback to make and validate product decisions.
Prioritise product backlogs effectively by balancing business value, user needs, and technical feasibility.
Lead cross-functional collaboration across creative, UX, research, and software engineering teams to design and deploy user-focused features.
Facilitate agile ceremonies, working alongside Business Analysts to write user stories and maintain a visible, well-ordered backlog.
What we're looking for from you:
Demonstrated success using product metrics and user feedback to design, build, and launch digital products end-to-end.
Proven experience working collaboratively within agile delivery teams to take products from initial concept through to deployment.
Ability to communicate product visions and features clearly to diverse stakeholders, ensuring alignment across technical and non-technical teams.
Active approach to embedding continuous testing, user research, and data validation throughout the entire product lifecycle.
Proactive problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail and the drive to work autonomously across different parts of the business.
