Responsibilities

- Support cooking activities under supervision, ensuring adherence to recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area at all times
- Follow food safety protocols diligently to ensure hygiene and safety compliance
- Serve meals efficiently and courteously to customers or staff members
- Help with the organisation of ingredients and supplies to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Assist in cleaning kitchen equipment and utensils after use
- Support team members during busy periods to ensure timely meal service
Experience
- Previous experience in food preparation or cooking is desirable but not essential; training will be provided
- Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices is advantageous
- Experience working in a restaurant or catering environment is a plus
- Familiarity with meal preparation and serving procedures will be beneficial
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail are required
