A busy manufacturing and distribution site is looking for an experienced Counterbalance FLT Driver to join their team. This role is ideal for someone confident working outdoors, managing loading and unloading of vehicles, and keeping stock moving safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Safe and accurate loading and unloading of vehicles
- Operating a Counterbalance FLT in outdoor yard areas
- Moving materials, pallets, and finished goods across site locations
- Supporting yard organisation and maintaining clear working areas
- Following all site safety procedures and reporting any hazards
- Working closely with dispatch and production teams to maintain flow
Requirements
- Valid Counterbalance FLT licence
- Comfortable working outside in all weather conditions
- Previous experience in a yard, manufacturing, or distribution environment
- Strong awareness of health & safety
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
