We are looking for a caring and reliable Senior Care Assistant to join our team.
Hours:
2 shifts over 7 days 7am to 7pm (alternate weekends)
Key Duties:
- Lead shifts while delivering high-quality, person-centred care
- Promote residents’ dignity, independence, and wellbeing
- Support with personal care, mobility, meals, and use of equipment
- Encourage participation in social activities
- Contribute to care plans and act as a Key Worker when required
- Safely administer prescribed medication in line with policies
- Complete and oversee clear shift handovers, escalating concerns appropriately
About you:
- Kind, respectful and dependable
- Good spoken and written English
- Able to work the required hours
- Right to work in the UK and able to commute reliably
- Have a Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification
