We are looking for an organised, proactive and dependable Office Administrator & Business Support Coordinator to help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the business.
This is a varied and rewarding role that sits at the centre of the organisation, supporting office operations, HR administration, suppliers, contractors, compliance activities and executive support for the CEO and management team.
The successful candidate will enjoy being organised, solving problems, coordinating activities and making sure important tasks don't fall through the cracks.
Full training will be provided on our systems, processes and industry-specific requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Office & Business Administration
- Support the smooth day-to-day running of the office and wider business.
- Manage company records, documents and filing systems.
- Coordinate office supplies, equipment and general facilities management.
- Liaise with suppliers, contractors and service providers.
- Arrange maintenance, repairs and servicing as required.
- Support the management of company vehicles, insurance policies and business services.
- Monitor key administrative deadlines and ensure actions are completed on time.
- Organise meetings, training sessions and company events.
HR & Compliance Support
- Support onboarding and offboarding of employees.
- Maintain personnel records and HR documentation.
- Assist with holiday records, training records and employee administration.
- Coordinate pension administration and employee benefit documentation.
- Support compliance activities and document management.
- Work with external HR advisers and professional service providers when required.
Executive Support
- Provide administrative support to the CEO and management team.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments and diary requirements.
- Arrange travel, accommodation and meeting logistics.
- Prepare documents, presentations and meeting materials.
- Track actions and follow up on agreed tasks where required.
- Assist with shareholder, board and company administration activities.
Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
