Key Responsibilities
- Lead digital operations, website service workflows, and client delivery activities
- Oversee project timelines, team performance, service standards, budgets, and reporting
- Coordinate with designers, developers, clients, vendors, and internal departments
- Monitor service quality, workflow efficiency, client feedback, and operational risks
- Develop strategies to improve digital project delivery, client experience, and business outcomes
- Support staff development, process improvement, and leadership planning
- Prepare senior-level reports, digital service updates, and operational recommendations
What We Are Looking For
Experience
- Strong experience in digital operations, web services, technology services, client delivery, project management, or business operations
- Previous senior management or department-level leadership experience is preferred
- Experience working with design teams, development teams, clients, vendors, or digital service platforms is an advantage

Pay: £83,000.00-£119,000.00 per year
