SUPPORT WORKERS – SUPPORTED LIVING PERMANENT NIGHT SHIFT (2 NIGHTS PER WEEK - BUT OPEN TO TAKE ADDITIONAL SHIFTS AS REQUIRED. ) competitive rates of pay. A minimum of Level 2 NVQ and previous experience is desirable, but not essential as full training will be given. A Care Certificate must be completed within 12 weeks of joining and we would encourage all support staff to undertake NVQ qualifications. We are a multi award winning small family run supported living service based in Loose/Coxheath near Maidstone whose primary aim is to provide excellent and person centred care for individuals aged between 18-65 with Learning Disabilities and Autism We have an excellent team who will offer you their full support. We are looking for someone who is able to work 2 waking night shifts per week. There is also the opportunity t take additional shifts when they become available. 8.30pm -7.30am Days may vary. You will be based in Coxheath/Loose nr Maidstone.

Main responsibilities include
Undertaking the nightly cleaning tasks some paperwork and regularly checking on service users. It is not a physically demanding job, but it will be lone working at night to support our two residents. Knowledge of Epilepsy would be an advantage although full training will be given.
· Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate with individuals who may have different communication needs.
