About the Role
Are you energetic, enthusiastic, and love working in a fun, fast-paced environment? We are looking for a reliable and outgoing Soft Play & Café Assistant to join our vibrant team!
In this role, no two days are the same. You will be the heart of our venue—ensuring our little guests have the best time ever while keeping our cafe running smoothly and our facilities sparkling clean.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service: Welcome families with a warm smile, answer queries, and deliver exceptional service to parents and children alike.
Café & Food Prep: Prepare and serve hot drinks, baristas-style coffees, snacks, and light meals while following food safety standards.
Cash Handling: Operate the till efficiently, process cash and card payments accurately, and manage daily transactions.
Hosting Parties & Events: Host fun, unforgettable birthday parties, engage with children, and help with the running of seasonal events/parties (Halloween, Christmas, summer activities, etc.).
High-Standard Cleaning: Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety across the soft play area, café, seating area, and restrooms through regular checks and deep-cleaning routines.
What We’re Looking For
Someone who can work WEEKDAYS and WEEKENDS
Good communication skills as well as the ability to work in a fast paced environment whilst maintaining a friendly attitude
Hospitality or retail experience is preferred however is not essential as full training will be provided
Food safety & hygiene level 2 certification
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £24,420.00-£38,404.93 per year
