Salary, Bonuses & Progression
- £40,000–£42,000 salary
- 5% approval bonus
- Up to 10% annual performance bonus, paid quarterly
- £2,000 salary increase once trained and approved for face-to-face assessments

The Role
Carry out functional health assessments via
telephone, video and face-to-face appointments, assessing how a person's condition affects their daily life.
Your role will focus on
clinical assessment, evidence-based decision-making, professional judgement and report writing.
Who We're Looking For
Registered healthcare professionals with
12+ months' post-registration adult experience:
- RGN, RMN or Adult RNLD
- Physiotherapist
- Occupational Therapist
- Paramedic
Experienced Disability Assessors are also encouraged to apply.
What You'll Need
- Active NMC or HCPC registration
- Strong clinical reasoning and report-writing skills
- Good IT and time management skills
- Ability to attend the Yeovil site when required
- Right to work in the UK — no sponsorship available
