We are looking for an experienced and professional Upholsterer to join our team.
The successful candidate must have hands-on experience in furniture upholstery and be able to work independently to a high standard.
The role is strictly for an experienced upholsterer.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Furniture Upholsterer
- Skilled in upholstery of sofas, chairs, and other furniture
- Able to strip, repair, cut, sew and re-upholster furniture
- Good attention to detail and high-quality workmanship
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
- Reliable and professional

Responsibilities
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to assemble, repair, and fabricate components according to specifications.
- Apply mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues and perform maintenance on equipment or structures.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely during heavy lifting, loading, and unloading tasks.
- Conduct sewing and fabric-related tasks as needed for product assembly or customization projects.
- Follow safety protocols diligently during all fabrication, assembly, and material handling activities.
- Maintain organized workspaces, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored after use.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to quality standards.
Requirements
- Demonstrated mechanical knowledge with experience using hand tools and power tools effectively.
- Proven ability to perform sewing, fabrication, and assembly tasks with precision.
- Prior warehouse experience preferred, with familiarity in material handling and heavy lifting.
- Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and extended periods of standing or moving around the workspace.
- Excellent attention to detail combined with the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of safety procedures related to fabrication, assembly, and warehouse operations.
