The Opportunity / 职位简介
We're hiring proactive, hands-on Warehouse Team Leaders to lead warehouse teams and support daily operations. You'll work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure accurate, on-time order fulfilment, effective stock control, and consistent achievement of KPIs. Strong performers with leadership and KPI management capability may progress to Warehouse Supervisor or Assistant Warehouse Manager.

Key Responsibilities / 主要工作职责
Inbound Operations / 入库管理
- Supervise unloading/receiving, verify against POs, coordinate putaway, ensure inventory accuracy
- 监督集装箱卸货及收货作业，根据采购单及运输文件核对来货，安排上架及库位分配
Inventory Management / 库存管理
- Manage replenishment/transfers, maintain FIFO/FEFO, monitor utilisation, run cycle counts, resolve discrepancies
- 管理补货及库存调拨，执行FIFO/FEFO原则，监控库存流转，执行循环盘点，及时处理差异
Outbound Operations / 出库管理
- Supervise picking, packing and dispatch, ensure SLA compliance, coordinate carrier collections, monitor productivity/quality
- 监督拣货、包装及发货流程，确保准确并符合客户SLA，协调承运商提发货安排
Returns Processing / 退货管理
- Manage returns, inspections, disposition, record reasons, support improvement initiatives
- 管理客户退货、检验及库存处理，准确记录退货原因，支持持续改善项目
Team Leadership / 团队管理
- Lead and motivate team, allocate workloads, deliver training, monitor attendance/performance, build accountable culture
- 带领、激励及管理仓库团队，安排每日工作及人员配置，负责培训，监督出勤及绩效
Health & Safety / 健康与安全
- Maintain compliance, conduct toolbox talks, report incidents
- 确保仓库符合健康与安全要求，组织班前安全简报，处理事故及险情报告
Systems & Administration / 系统与运营
- Operate WMS/ERP, support KPI reporting, assist SOP implementation and process improvement
- 操作WMS及ERP系统，协助KPI数据分析及绩效追踪，参与SOP推行及流程优化
Skills & Experience / 任职要求
Essential / 必备：
- 1+ year in Team Leader/Assistant Team Leader/Supervisory role（最少1年相关岗位经验）
- Inbound/outbound/inventory/returns experience（具入库、出库、库存及退货管理经验）
- Warehouse/fulfilment/3PL background（有仓储、配送中心、电商履约或3PL经验）
- Strong leadership & communication（良好团队管理及沟通能力）
- WMS familiarity; H&S awareness（熟悉WMS系统及仓库H&S要求）
- Flexible with Sun–Fri rota（能配合周日至周五轮班）
Preferred / 优先考虑（非必须）：
- E-commerce/3PL experience（电商仓储及3PL经验）
- Bendi/Counterbalance Forklift Licence（叉车证）
- KPI management experience（KPI管理经验）
- GCSE English & Maths or equivalent（或同等学历）
