Atelier Ellis has exciting Paint Maker roles to support the business as it continues to grow.
Paint Makers are integral to the smooth running of our factory. Mixing our paint beautifully is at the heart of what we do, and we are looking for people who take great care. You will work with the Sussex Production team to make, mix, pack and dispatch paint batches, organise efficient deliveries, as well as ensuring our factory and orders are pristine and precise .
The Role(s)
- You will learn to manufacture a range of environmentally friendly waterbased paints, including biobased emulsions and wood & metal paints.
- You will work closely with the Technical & Production Manager and wider team with any other tasks required and contributing to the smooth running of factory.
- You will maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness and health and safety throughout the production process and ensure that our factory and machinery are always clean, well maintained, and safe.
Key Skills and Experience
- Good organisational skills, reliable and able to efficiently manage your workload.
- Ability to communicate effectively with our team, suppliers and customers.
- Great attention to detail and are focuses on producing high quality work.
- Problem solving and spatial awareness.
- A good understanding of processes and the ability to review and implement new and existing processes.
- Ability to lift heavy boxes, materials and tins of paint.

Pay: £13.45-£16.00 per hour
