Due to expansion, we are looking for a new administrator to join the team in the shipping damage department based in Portbury! Our well established automotive client is hiring an experienced administrator with an automotive background that can help the team starting immediately. \ Working Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm at £12.58 an hour, this full time role would be perfect for someone with a passion for the automotive industry and looking for a new role. \ Role Summary : Transport damage– submitting claims/gathering documentation for authorisation. Helpdesk enquiries – Responding to all enquiries within 2 hours and resolving calls within 24 hours. Raising all admin POs – I.e. ply fitting, sub con labour, number plate orders etc. Then matching Preparing additional works back up for invoicing (Weekly) Preparing file with all additional works charges, transport, additional fitments, sub contractor works. Arranging any adhoc movements (Outside of vision) and adding to additional works spreadsheet.
