Established in 2023, The Bettermeant Group is looking for residential support workers to join us. We are recruiting for our home graded Outstanding with Ofsted, as we continue to grow this is an exciting time to be part of the TBG team!
We would welcome applications from existing residential support workers as well as those who are new to the industry or who have transferable skills within the care sector.
We have positions available for full time support workers, casual contracts and waking nights.

Role:
The roles include daily home tasks, safeguarding of our young people, reporting & recording, attending meetings with a range of professionals and taking parts in a range of activities with our young people.
We have shift patterns of 2 on 4 off or 1 on 2 off and either waking nights or sleeping nights.
Requirements:
- Required: GCSE or equivalent English & Maths
- Preferred: Full UK Driving Licence
- Preferred: Residential Childcare experience
- Ideal: Level 4 Diploma Residential Childcare
Successful applicants will only be given a formal offer once satisfactory DBS and references are received.
Annual Salary FTE: Circa £30,000 – £33,000
Pay: £13.00-£14.50 per hour
