MADEIRA COURT
Mon 2.5hrs Tue 2.5hrs
Thur 1.5hrs Fri 2.5hrs
BIRNBECK COURT
Mon 1.5hrs Wed 1.5hrs Fri 1.5hrs
they area 5 min drive apart. You will be cleaning communal areas
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial premises, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common areas, ensuring all spaces are spotless and hygienic.
- Use commercial cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently and safely to achieve optimal results.
- Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain consistency across all assigned areas.
- Restock supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper to ensure facilities are well-equipped at all times.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure a safe and functional environment.
- Maintain a high standard of health and safety compliance during all cleaning activities.
- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and uphold the company's cleanliness standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while following safety protocols.
- Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning tasks throughout shifts.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering quality service consistently.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.
