About the Role
As a Room Leader, you will be responsible for creating an inspiring learning environment while supporting and guiding your team to deliver the highest standards of care and education.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading the day-to-day operation of your room
Planning and delivering engaging learning experiences that support children’s development
Supporting, motivating and mentoring team members
Building strong relationships with children and families
Monitoring children’s progress and maintaining high-quality observations and assessments
Ensuring safeguarding, health and safety, and wellbeing standards are consistently met
Working collaboratively with the wider nursery management team to drive continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For
A relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above)
Previous experience working in an Early Years setting
Experience leading a room or mentoring colleagues is desirable
Good knowledge of the EYFS and child development
Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
A positive, proactive and professional attitude
A genuine passion for providing outstanding care and education
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children’s welfare
