Job Opportunity: Experienced Insulated Glass Manufacturing Operative – JCL Glass
JCL Glass, a UK insulated glass manufacturer, is looking for reliable and motivated Insulated Glass Manufacturing Operatives to join our production team.
Previous experience in insulated glass unit (IGU) / sealed unit manufacturing is an advantage, but it is not essential for the right candidate. If you have a good work ethic, are willing to learn and can work effectively in a manufacturing environment, full on-the-job training can be provided.

About the Role
As an experienced IGU Manufacturing Operative, you will play a key role in the production of high-quality insulated glass units. You will be expected to work with minimal supervision, maintain production standards, and support overall operational efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Manufacturing insulated glass units to specification and quality standards
✔ Cutting, assembling, and sealing double/triple glazed units
✔ Operating and adjusting automated IGU production machinery
✔ Ensuring production schedules are met in sequence for on-time delivery
✔ Identifying and resolving minor production issues where possible
✔ Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
✔ Professional and positive approach to the workplace
What We're Looking For
✅ Proven experience in insulated glass / sealed unit manufacturing (essential)
✅ Strong understanding of IGU production processes and quality standards
✅ Ability to work independently and maintain consistent output

Requirements
