Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and care

- Assist in food preparation tasks such as assembling baked goods or snacks to enhance the customer experience
- Manage cash register operations efficiently, handling transactions with basic math skills
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area, equipment, and dining space to uphold health standards
- Support team members during busy periods by managing multiple tasks effectively and practicing strong time management skills
Experience
- Previous barista experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper handling of beverages and food items
- Experience in serving customers in a fast-paced environment demonstrates strong communication skills
- Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for transactions and inventory checks
- Proven ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods to ensure prompt service
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques is a plus but can be learned on the job
