Are you passionate about cocktails? We're looking for an experienced Part-Time Cocktail Bartender to join our team at The Weavers Shed.
This isn't an entry-level position—we're looking for someone with excellent cocktail knowledge, a proven track record, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years' experience working in a cocktail-focused bar.
- Proven ability to consistently produce high-quality classic and signature cocktails.
- Strong knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, mixers and cocktail techniques.
- Friendly, confident and professional with outstanding customer service skills.
- Reliable, hardworking and able to work evenings and weekends.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining excellent presentation.
Your Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve premium cocktails to a consistently high standard.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable guest experiences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation behind the bar.
- Ensure stock is rotated, replenished and stored correctly.
- Work alongside the management team to uphold The Weavers Shed's high standards.
- Contribute ideas for seasonal cocktails and promotions.
