You’ll report to the Deputy Head of HE and will be the face of student support for adult and higher education students. You’ll organise careers support and extra-curricular activities and will provide superb customer service to our students, resolving problems yourself or signposting them to specialists. You’ll also publicise and facilitate ways to gather and act on student feedback. You’ll feel confident creating and leading sessions that support students to nurture their wellbeing and personal growth during their time with us.
What will you be doing?
Advocating for the importance of extracurricular activities in supporting students’ development
Organising and facilitating events that cater to a wide range of student interests and needs
Discussing and presenting wellbeing-related topics to student groups
Taking ownership of student feedback
Collaborating with Lecturers, Tutors and other teams to make sure our students have a great experience
