Join Admiral's Future Leaders Programme and work at the heart of our strategic agenda. You'll gain unparalleled exposure to senior leadership, help tackle some of our biggest opportunities and challenges, and accelerate your development for future leadership roles across Admiral.
About Us
As Admiral continues to grow in both size and complexity, we're looking for talented people with the potential to help guide our future.
Admiral is a Financial Services company, offering a wide variety of insurance and lending products. Founded by two MBAs with a vision for creating a supportive and enriching work environment, Admiral Group has grown into a successful FTSE 100 company, operating in the UK, France, Italy, and Spain.
Since we were founded, we've grown by staying focused on our customers, empowering our people and challenging conventional thinking. We believe great ideas can come from anywhere, and we encourage people to take ownership, try new things and make a meaningful difference.
As we continue to grow, we're looking for talented future leaders who want to help shape what's next.
The Opportunity
As a Group Strategy Manager, reporting to the Group Strategy Director and sponsored by our Group CEO, Milena Mondini, you'll work closely with senior leaders from across the business to shape strategy, strengthen execution and help solve some of Admiral's most important challenges and opportunities. These include growth, business diversification, customer evolution, technology, data, AI and the future of mobility.
You'll see first-hand how strategy is developed, debated and translated into action across an international FTSE 100 business. You'll also help strengthen the approaches, processes and capabilities that support strategic decision-making across the Group.
Throughout the programme, you'll receive support, coaching and sponsorship from experienced leaders, helping you accelerate your development and prepare for future opportunities across the Group.
This isn't a traditional strategy role focused only on analysis and recommendations. You'll have the opportunity to influence decisions, deliver meaningful outcomes and contribute to the next stage of Admiral's growth.

- Help strengthen the Group's approach to strategic planning, execution and alignment, supporting the development of the capabilities, processes and operating rhythms that enable successful delivery of strategy.
- Bring fresh perspectives and constructive challenge to key business decisions.
- Build strong relationships across the Group and work collaboratively with teams in different markets and functions.
- Prepare and present high-quality materials, recommendations and updates for senior stakeholders, including Executive Committees and Board-level audiences.
- Deliver tangible business impact through the successful execution of strategic initiatives and priorities.

This role is based at our HQ in Cardiff, UK, although we work on a flexible hybrid model meaning you won't need to be in the office every day.
