Crowded House are looking for a skilled and passionate bartender who thrives in delivering exceptional guest experiences. As the face of the bar, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of service, presentation, and hospitality. You bring not only technical bartending expertise, but also a deep enthusiasm for the craft, creating memorable moments through outstanding drinks and genuine engagement with every guest.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve beverages to the highest standard, consistently delivering quality, speed, and style.
- Uphold and exceed guest service expectations by creating a warm, welcoming, and engaging bar experience.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the cocktail menu, spirits, wine, and beer — and a willingness to learn more.
- Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service throughout the venue.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, ensuring full compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Follow all bar operational procedures, including opening, closing, and cash handling.
- Proactively upsell and make thoughtful recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Contribute ideas to drink menu development and seasonal specials.
