Ecotect Engineering, part of The Homesafe Group is looking for an experienced Sprinkler Project Manager to join our expanding team.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a family-run company with ambitious growth plans and a clear roadmap towards LPCB 1048 accreditation (we are already an LBCB 1301 scheme member of long-standing).
We're looking for someone who enjoys variety, wants to make a genuine impact, and is comfortable managing projects nationwide while remaining closely involved with our Lancashire-based team.
The Role
You will be responsible for the successful delivery of residential, commercial and car park sprinkler projects from handover through to completion.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sprinkler systems and project delivery, with some sprinkler design experience being highly desirable.
Responsibilities include:
✅ Managing sprinkler projects from contract award through to completion
✅ Liaising with clients, consultants, principal contractors and site teams
✅ Reviewing drawings and specifications
✅ Assisting with design coordination and technical submissions
✅ Programming labour, materials and subcontractors
✅ Monitoring project costs and progress
✅ Attending site meetings across the UK
✅ Ensuring compliance with LPC Rules, BS 9251 and company standards
What We're Looking For
- Experience managing sprinkler projects
- Good technical knowledge of sprinkler systems
- Design experience would be advantageous
- LPCB design certification would be highly advantageous
- Organised and commercially aware
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to travel nationally
- Full UK driving licence
