Action4Care are seeking enthusiastic and proactive individuals to join our amazing team of support worker staff. We are currently recruiting multiple full time Support worker. Driving is essential for this role.
This role will require you to work as part of a team to support neurodivergent adults. This includes but is not limited to individuals with autism, Learning disabilities, Down syndrome, Mental health, Challenging behaviour and epilepsy.
Our aim is provide outstanding person centred care to support and encourage the amazing individuals who call our services home.
Your role will be to support individuals to carry out day to day activities both within their home and out in the community. This can a range of different activities across various locations and venues. We aim to provide as much choice and option as possible for the people we support. Day to day can look different from one to the next from bowling and shopping, to going out for lunch, seeing a show and going away on holiday. We also promote in house activities and ensure we can make our house a home.
You will also be required to assist with personal care, administering medication, cooking, assisted feeding, cleaning, shopping and general day to day tasks.
You must be willing to work a range of shifts on a 24 hour, 365 day basis (this includes bank holidays and weekends.) Shifts are allocated alongside the needs of each service and your line managers will work closely with you for any commitments around your working schedule.
Experience is preferred but not necessary as full training is provided.

Job type : Full time, permanent.
Pay : £12.87 per hour - £13.37 per hour overtime rate outside of contracted hours.
Shift : 15 hours, 14 hours, 12 hours, 10hours, 8 hours, 7 hours, (Shifts) 7am start ,10pm finish.
Workdays: Monday to Sunday.
