Job Overview
We are looking for reliable and enthusiastic Production Operators to join our team in Scunthorpe. Working as part of a small, supportive production team, you’ll play a key role in delivering high‑quality products, meeting daily output targets, and maintaining excellent standards across safety, quality, and efficiency.
The working week is Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week. Working hours are between 6am and 2pm.

Responsibilities
- Working as part of a team to meet production targets and daily plans
- Operating, loading and unloading production equipment
- Maintaining high standards of health & safety, food safety and quality
- Supporting production across areas such as mixing, baking, assembly and packing
- Carrying out quality and process checks in line with site standards
- Keeping work areas clean, safe and organised
As a Multi-Skilled Operator You Will Also
- Operate key equipment to deliver products to required quality standards
- Support, train and develop operators across production areas
- Assist Team Leader in delivering the production plan and meeting throughput targets
- Participate in changeovers, improvement activities and problem solving
- Provide leadership support on shift, including stepping up when required
Skills & Experience
- Experience within food manufacturing or a similar production environment
- Able to work well as part of a team and also use your own initiative
- Understand and follow Health & Safety and food quality procedures
- Able to work at speed to meet production targets
- Positive attitude with a “can‑do” approach
- Flexible and open to change
- Willing to work as one team
